Our Design-Build Process
1
Design
RCM's design team helps bring our clients' ideas to life. We first meet with the clients to establish construction needs and wants. From there we produce a CAD floor plan based on those needs while making adjustments until the client is 100% satisfied. We then produce interior and exterior 3D Renderings, or pass the drawings on to a licensed architect to complete the design phase.
Once the design is finalized our estimating team goes to work on pricing out the project. Cost control in regards to material procurement and labor is our main priority. Our trusted network of subcontractors allows us to bid projects quickly and cost effectively. Once we negotiate the lowest bids with the various trades we then present the building package to the client.
2
Budgeting
Dealing with city, county, and state permitting can be a tedious process. So our team handles all of the permitting for our clients while making sure that the project moves forward in accordance with all local construction laws.
4
Construction
Once construction begins our project managers will provide weekly reports for clients that include updated timelines, completed work logs, and an issue log (if any material or labor problems arise). Safety protocols are at the upmost importance to our staff, so our supervisors utilize toolbox talks daily to make sure all staff and subcontractors are prioritizing best safety practices.

Project Close-Out
As the project comes to a close our team will schedule an on-site meeting to review any punch list items. Project photos and content can be created to promote the project to various news outlets. We close the project with a client survey to better understand how we can improve our practices.
